One thing I get asked a lot is that “my remote control is not working”
A few little things to do / remember:
- Point the remote control to the device you want to control, not to the roof!
- Don’t place your finger over the front of the remote control as this is where the information comes out (see image)
- Replace the batteries every year
- Give the batteries a good roll inside the remote control to make sure they are getting a good contact.
