A Dee Why customer recently had her brand new 55” Samsung The Frame TV wall mounted, and this one was a great example of how a proper installation makes all the difference.
Getting the position right
Before any brackets went on the wall, we took the time to get the positioning exactly right. The customer chose her preferred spot on the wall and we dialled in the height to suit her viewing setup. Getting this right before drilling saves headaches later — there’s no going back once the brackets are fixed.
Hiding the One Connect cable
One of the best features of Samsung The Frame is its One Connect Box, which keeps all your cables in one place and runs a single slim cable up to the TV. We were able to route this One Connect cable fully within the wall cavity, meaning absolutely nothing is visible once the TV is up. The Frame is designed to look like artwork on your wall — hidden cabling is the only way to do it justice.
Full setup and software check
Once the TV was mounted we didn’t just pack up and leave. We checked the TV was running the latest Samsung software, downloaded all the apps the customer uses, and logged her into each one so everything was ready to go from the moment we walked out the door.
The end result was a clean, seamless install that looked exactly as Samsung intended — a beautiful screen sitting flush on the wall with no cables in sight.
