This customer had an older Sony LCD wall mounted that had died so they replaced it with a larger 50in Sony television.
We were able to use the customer existing flat bracket as it was universal. Since every television has different mounting positions on the back of the tv we did have to move the wall plate so that the tv was at the same heigh as the previous tv. I set them up with Netflix, free to air channels and showed them how to use Freeview Plus.
