TV Wall Mount Installation on the Northern Beaches and North Shore
Wall mounting your TV does more than free up space. It also cuts down clutter and makes the whole room look tidier. Modern TVs are slim, so they suit the wall perfectly. I’ve been doing TV wall mount installation across the Northern Beaches and North Shore since 2002.
TV Wall Mount Installation for Every TV Brand
Whether it’s a big smart TV in the lounge or a smaller screen in the bedroom, I’ll make sure it goes up cleanly and securely. I mount all the major brands, including LG, Samsung, Sony, Hisense, Panasonic, TCL, Philips, Kogan, Sharp, Sanyo and Aldi’s Bauhn, to name a few.
Every wall is different, too. I’ve written about how I handle different wall types, from plasterboard and brick to steel studs and VJ panelling.
Brackets, Cables and Equipment
Most TVs don’t come with a wall bracket, so I supply the right one for your TV and your room.
Hate visible wires? I can hide them inside the wall. Where that’s not possible, I run them in slim paintable conduit for a neat finish.
I can also connect your Foxtel or streaming box, Blu-ray player, soundbar and other gear, so everything works together from day one. If you’re weighing up your audio options, here’s my guide to soundbar or surround sound.

Why Wall Mount Your TV?
- Save space: it frees up floor space and cuts down on bulky furniture, so it suits lounge rooms, bedrooms and awkward spaces.
- Protect your TV: it’s out of the way of knocks and bumps in busy areas.
- Child safety: a TV fixed properly to the wall can’t be pulled over. In fact, the NSW Government recommends securing TVs to the wall, because toppling furniture and TVs injure hundreds of children each year.
- Better viewing: the screen sits at the right height for your seating. I’ve written more about how I choose the TV height.

Choosing the Right Bracket for Your TV Wall Mount Installation
I supply a range of brackets, but most rooms need one of these:
- Flat (low-profile): holds the TV close to the wall. About 95% of the TVs I mount go on one of these.
- Swivel (full-motion): pulls out and angles the TV. It suits rooms with more than one seating area, like open-plan living and dining.
- Tilting: angles the screen down. It’s rarely needed now, but it can help when a TV has to go higher than ideal, such as above a fireplace.
Not sure which bracket is right for you? I can recommend the best option based on your TV size, your room and how you watch.
